Founded in 2006, Shenzhen Pante Electronics Technology is an industrial development integrating research, production and marketing. Our product range covers set-top boxes such as DVB-T/T2 and DVB-S/S2 receivers.
We have a 10,000-square-meter factory housing 500 staff manning special production equipment bought from Japan and China including SMT machines, wave soldering machines and two automatic production lines producing 100,000 units monthly. We cooperate with 20 material suppliers and we buy our main parts from Taiwan, South Korea, Japan while auxiliary materials are domestically sourced, thus ensuring a smooth supply chain.
Our three R&D engineers with ten years' experience can design software and new products according to customers' requirements and release two new products per month. We also have 15 QC staff with eight years' experience allocated to seven personnel per production line maintaining a return rate of only one percent.
All of our production is exported to our main markets in Vietnam and the Middle East, earning $850 million export turnovers in 2010. Moreover, we will soon expand to Mid-east, Europe, Africa, South Asia, South America. We have a MOQ of 3,000 pieces with a delivery time of 30 days for 20,000-piece orders.
